HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA OF PALATE A RARE CASE REPORT

The Hemangiopericytoma is a rare vascular tumour originating from the pericytes, which are found on external surface of capillaries and thought to act as sphincter that controls blood flow. It has high propensity for recurrence metastasis.The tumor usually develops slowly enlarging painless mass.It typically occurs in soft tissues extremities trunk, rarely seen oral cavity.15–16% head neck region.The most common sites involvement scalp, face, neck, nasal cavities paranasal sinuses. Involvement palate extremely so here weare presenting case hemangiopericytoma palate, its diagnosis, management brief review literature.
